These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Influencer Quest, a brand operated under Influencer Guild Private Limited.

By engaging with our services, accessing our website, or making any payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Influencer Quest provides services including but not limited to:

• Social Media Management
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Creation
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
• Influencer Marketing
• Personal Branding & Creator Growth

All services are customized based on client requirements and agreed scope.

• Work will commence only after confirmation and advance payment (if applicable)
• Clients must provide all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST Number)
• For recurring services, billing will follow agreed cycles (monthly/retainer basis)
• Delayed payments may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Additional charges or penalties

All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Services will be delivered strictly as per the agreed scope
• Any additional requests outside the scope will be charged separately
• Influencer Quest reserves the right to decline work beyond agreed deliverables

• Revisions are limited and subject to the agreed package
• Additional revisions will be chargeable
• Client approvals are required at key stages of delivery
• Delays in approval may affect timelines and outcomes

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Share required access (social media, ads, website, etc.)
• Ensure all content and materials provided are legally compliant
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

• All deliverables remain the property of Influencer Quest until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client
• Influencer Quest retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Business data
• Marketing strategies
• Login credentials
• Financial and operational information

This obligation continues even after termination of services.

Influencer Quest does not guarantee:

• Specific results (followers, leads, sales, rankings, etc.)
• Ad campaign performance or ROI
• Viral reach or engagement levels

All services are delivered based on industry expertise and best practices, not guaranteed outcomes.

We are not responsible for:

• Platform algorithm changes
• Account suspensions or bans
• Policy violations by platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.)
• Downtime or technical issues of third-party tools

The client is solely responsible for:

• The legality of all content published
• Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
• Any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from content

Influencer Quest shall not be liable for:

• Political content
• Misleading or illegal promotions
• Copyright or trademark violations
• Defamation or regulatory breaches

Under no circumstances shall Influencer Quest be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the services.

• Either party may terminate services with prior notice (as per agreement)
• No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress
• Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination

All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined in that policy.

Users and clients agree not to:

• Misuse services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Influencer Quest reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
